Buffalo Style Snack Crackers

INGREDIENTS:

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, place Olive Oil and Runnin Wild Buffalo Seasoning and mix well.
  2. Add Oyster Crackers and gently toss until all are coated.
  3. Pour seasoned crackers onto a cookie sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes at 325 degrees (just long enough to dry them off).
  4. Let cool for one hour before serving. They are best after they cool for one hour. Enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pour stuffing mix into a plastic resealable bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Mash crushed stuffing mix, chicken, hot sauce, and eggs together in a large bowl using a potato masher until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Fry meatballs in the hot oil until browned and cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F.
  4. Drizzle meatballs with about 1 teaspoon of the hot sauce and sprinkle with Runnin Wild Buffalo Seasoning. Enjoy!

Summer Sausage S’mores

SUMMER SAUSAGE PIC

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Runnin Wild Summer Sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • Cheddar cheese (to match) sliced to the diameter of the sausage
  • Round snack crackers (to match)
  • Course-ground mustard

PROCEDURE

  1. Place sausage slices on a hot grill. Grill until the sausages start to curl into a cup shape, about three minutes.
  2. Flip the sausage and place the cheese inside the cupped side. Cover the grill and allow the cheese to melt.
  3. Meanwhile, spread the cracker with mustard, to taste.
  4. Remove the sausage cups from the grill and sandwich them between the crackers just before serving. Enjoy!
